Genetically modified mosquito trial to reduce spread of disease

Genetically modified mosquitoes have been released for the first time in the United States.
The pilot programme, in the Florida Keys, is aimed at reducing the spread of potentially deadly diseases.
But some residents and environmental groups are outraged.
