Some reviewers labelled the RTX 3050 as an “RTX 1660Ti” when it launched three years after Nvidia’s once popular mid-range graphics card. The new entry level RTX GPU offered similar performance with added features.
Fast forward to 2023 and the 1660 Ti is quite a bit cheaper than the 3050 on second-hand selling sites, so does it make sense if you want to save a bit of money and don’t care about DLSS or Ray Tracing?
