Indonesia's plan to ban palm oil exports fuels price surge

Indonesia is the world’s top producer of palm oil.
Its price has reached record highs recently, due to the impact the war in Ukraine is having on exports.
The government is planning on banning exports to secure domestic supplies of cooking oil.
The move has, however, sent prices soaring even further.
